The steps we take
Our projects are well-executed as a result of through & collaborative planning. We start every project by working through a 3-stage planning process.
Concept and feasability
Here we investigate: are your ideas and your finances in alignment? If you already have a design then we look at the size, shape and function of the project. If you don't have a design then we can recommend qualified local talent.
We will collaborate with you and your designer to develop preliminary plans. Your specifications and budget will be examined concurrently to make sure they align. We use our expertise to forecast potential roadblocks (i.e. zoning, site specifications, financing pre-approvals, etc.) and work to develop a ballpark estimate customized to your plans.

Design Refinement & Budget Development
At this stage we can explore cost saving options in design and specifications to develop a more precise project budget.
Our experienced Project Managers begin the permit application process and engage any professional services such as: Engineers, Surveyors, Energy Advisors, etc. We also start gathering quotes from our proven repertoire of professional subcontractors to make sure we are getting you the best value for your money.

Permitting and start-up
Stage 3 involves signing your construction agreements and submitting final drawings for your building permits. We will help you through the final decision making processes at this stage. At the same time we will develop an efficient construction schedule to meet your needs for crew, trades, materials - all in an effort to bring your design to life in a timely manner.
